4. Deposit & Insurance
Deposit amounts, insurance coverage, excess fees, and policies vary by supplier. Some partners offer No Deposit and/or No Credit Card options. Please read the specific conditions shown during the booking process, as they form part of your rental agreement.
5. Driver Requirements
Minimum age, driving license validity, and additional driver rules differ depending on the rental supplier. Please review these requirements carefully before booking.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
Most bookings on RentioCars include free cancellation within a specific time period. Exact cancellation rules are defined by the rental supplier. To modify or cancel your booking, follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
7. Vehicle Pickup
The renter must provide valid identification, a driving license, and any documents required by the rental company. Failure to meet supplier requirements may result in the cancellation of the rental without a refund.
8. Liability
RentioCars acts solely as an intermediary platform. The rental contract is established directly between the customer and the rental supplier. RentioCars is not responsible for vehicle conditions, supplier conduct, delays, accidents, or additional charges applied by the rental company.
